摘  要:结合实际生产需求与PVC线盒结构特征,设计了一出四多腔模具。为提升产品质量,保证批量生产的稳定性,利用数值模拟软件Moldflow模拟多腔模具的生产过程。结果表明:初始浇注系统方案存在熔体分配不均现象,熔体在流道中的流动路径长度不同是导致流动不平衡的主要原因。基于分析结果,将次级流道之间的交叉角度优化为90°,实现了平衡填充。根据优化方案开发了模具,并用于试制生产,试制产品质量较好,可用于批量生产。Combined with the actual production requirements and the structural characteristics of PVC junction box,a four-cavity mold was designed.In order to improve product quality and ensure the stability of batch production,the numerical simulation software Moldflow is used to simulate the production process of multi-cavity mold.The results show that the initial gating system scheme has uneven melt distribution,and the different flow path lengths of the melt in the flow channel are the main reasons for the flow imbalance.Based on the analysis results,the cross angle between the secondary flow channels is optimized to 90°,achieving balanced filling.According to the optimization scheme,the mold is developed and used for trial production.The quality of the trial product is good and can be used for batch production.
