摘  要:连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTPC)具有更高的强度和模量、高稳定性、生产过程绿色环保等优点。而预浸料作为制备CFRTPC的中间材料,其制备工艺和质量对CFRTPC性能产生重要影响。文章主要介绍CFRTPC的组成,从湿法粉末浸渍和干法粉末浸渍角度,综述了粉末浸渍法制备CFRTPC预浸料的研究进展。指出,未来应加强CFRTPC预浸料的浸渍机理的研究,浸渍设备和成型工艺的开发,扩大不同类型的热塑性树脂复合材料的应用领域。Continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites(CFRTPC)have the advantages of higher strength and modulus,high stability and green production process.As the intermediate material for the preparation of CFRTPC,the preparation process and quality of prepreg have an important influence on the performance of CFRTPC.The composition of CFRTPC is introduced,and the research progress of CFRTPC prepreg prepared by powder impregnation method from the perspective of wet powder impregnation and dry powder impregnation is summarized.It is pointed out that the research on the impregnation mechanism of CFRTPC prepreg,the development of impregnation equipment and molding process should be strengthened in the future,and the application fields of different types of thermoplastic resin composites should be expanded.
