摘 要:采用乙烯/甲基丙烯酸丁酯/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(KT-20)对聚乳酸(PLA)/碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))复合材料进行熔融共混改性,并在室温下通过冷压方法制成不同厚度的薄片,采用力学性能、差示扫描量热、流变性能等测试方法,研究了KT-20对PLA/CaCO_(3)复合材料的影响。结果表明:KT-20的加入使PLA/CaCO_(3)复合材料冲击强度提高,拉伸强度降低,限制了冷结晶,提高了亮相界面的结合强度,断裂行为从脆性断裂变为热性断裂,对热性能没有影响。Polylactic acid(PLA)/calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3)) composite was modified by ethylene butyl methacrylate glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer(KT-20), sheets of different thicknesses were prepared by cold pressing at room temperature. The effects of KT-20 on PLA/CaCO_(3)composites were investigated using a series of tests such as mechanical properties, differential scanning calorimetry and rheological properties. The results showed that the addition of KT-20 increased the impact strength of PLA/CaCO_(3)composites, tensile strength reduction, the cold crystallization was limited, the bonding strength of the exposed interface was improved, and the fracture behavior changed from brittle fracture to thermal fracture, which had no effect on the thermal performance.
