摘 要:大位移井钻井作业为解决钻井作业中存在的井眼清洁、井壁稳定、摩阻等问题,较多使用油基钻井液钻进。当井下发生卡钻事故时,常规机械解卡、浸泡解卡液措施可能无法解决油基钻井液处理卡钻的问题。惠州A22钻进过程中发生3次卡钻事故,钻具遇卡位置地层岩性含有碳酸盐岩,前两次卡钻通过反复上下震击解卡,第3次在通过反复震击、浸泡解卡液解卡失败后,通过泡酸作业使卡点位置局部井壁失稳解卡钻具。实践表明,泡酸解卡不是将卡点的阻碍物完全溶解,而是溶解部分阻碍物后使其松动,减弱其对钻具活动的影响。首次在油基钻井液中泡酸解卡成功为油基钻井液解卡提供了新的技术措施。In order to solve the problems of hole cleaning, wellbore stability and friction in the drilling operation of extended reach wells, oil-based drilling fluid is often used for drilling. In case of downhole sticking accident, the conventional mechanical sticking release and immersion sticking release fluid measures may not be able to solve the problem of sticking in the treatment of oil-based drilling fluid. During the drilling process of Huizhou A22, three sticking accidents occurred. The formation lithology at the stuck position of the drilling tool contains carbonate rock.The first two sticking accidents were solved by repeated up and down jarring. For the third time, after the failure of repeated jarring and soaking the solution, the local wellbore at the stuck point was unstable and the drilling tool was released by acid soaking operation. The practice shows that acid soaking is not to completely dissolve the obstacles at the sticking point, but to loosen some obstacles after dissolving them and weaken their influence on drilling tool activities. The success of acid soaking in oil-based drilling fluid for the first time provides a new technical measure and application prospect for oil-based drilling fluid.
