摘 要:聚合物微球作为一种分散型调驱体系,其具有注入性好、成本低、配液方便、耐温耐盐性强等优点,被广泛应用于油田现场的生产作业中。但由于不同油田和储层区块的差异的影响,室内实验结果与现场实际生产结果存在差异一直是难以解决的问题。以实验室自制聚合物微球为研究对象,开展了膨胀性能、封堵性能、传输运移能力及驱油效果评价。实验结果表明:微球可在10 d内膨胀35倍,同时具有良好的注入性、封堵性及增油提采效果,岩心实验采收率增幅可达7.12%。As a dispersive tunable driving system, polymeric microspheres have been widely used in production operations on the field site of oil fields due to their advantages such as good injection, low cost, convenient fluid distribution and salt tolerance. However, it has been difficult to solve the problems that the indoor experimental results differ from the real-world production results in the field due to the influence of differences in different oil fields and reservoir blocks. In this paper, taking laboratory-made polymer microspheres as research object, the evaluation of swelling performance, blocking performance, transport and transfer ability, and oil driving effect of the polymer microspheres was carried out. The experimental results showed that the microspheres could expand up to 35 times within 10 d, and at the same time, they had good injectability, plugging property and oil extraction efficiency, while the recovery increasing value of core experiment was 7.12%.
