摘 要:油田水垢极大地阻碍了油田生产效应,最常用的解决方法是使用化学阻垢剂。因常规阻垢剂含有磷或氮原子基团,这些化学物质对环境存在极大危害,因此亟须开发利用绿色阻垢剂。概述了油田结垢机理和消除水垢方法,综述了绿色聚合物和天然聚合物等两类绿色阻垢剂的研究进展,重点说明了PASP、PESA等绿色阻垢剂的合成制备工艺及在不同条件下的阻垢性能和生物降解性以及天然聚合物中作为绿色阻垢剂的研究现状。最后介绍了未来绿色阻垢剂的发展方向。Oilfield scale greatly hinders the effect of oilfield production, and the most commonly used solution is to use chemical scale inhibitors. Because conventional scale inhibitors contain phosphorus or nitrogen atom groups, these chemicals are extremely harmful to the environment. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop and utilize green scale inhibitors. In this article, the mechanism of oilfield scaling and methods to eliminate scale were summarized, as well as the research progress of two types of green scale inhibitors, including green polymers and natural polymers,and the synthesis and preparation of green scale inhibitors(such as PASP and PESA) under different conditions were discussed. The current research status of natural polymers as green scale inhibitors was introduced. Finally, the future development direction of green scale inhibitors was pointed out.
