摘  要:超重力技术被誉为“化学工业的晶体管”,是欧美等发达国家重点发展的技术之一。基于超重力技术的设备具有体积小、能耗低等优点,有着广阔的应用前景。为了厘清超重力技术应用的核心领域,给研究者提供有效的研究趋向信息,梳理了超重力技术的发展历史,总结了超重力技术应用的国内外重要进展,探讨了超重力技术的核心设备及技术原理,展望了超重力技术的研究方向,提出了融合机器学习、AI等技术进行填充床内部传质规律研究和借助红外热成像、CT、高速摄像等技术深入对旋转填充床内部流场流动规律的了解是未来重要的创新方向,可以在完善超重力机内部机构、结合应用领域开发研究专用的旋转填充床等方面进行攻关突破,以期应用于更广泛的领域。High gravity technology is known as the "transistor of the chemical industry" and is one of the key technologies developed by developed countries such as Europe and the USA. The equipment based on high gravity technology has the advantages of small size, low energy consumption, and has a broad application prospect. In order to clarify the core areas of the application of high gravity technology and provide researchers with effective information on research trends, the history of the development of high gravity technology was sorted out, the important domestic and international progress in the application of high gravity technology was summarized, the core equipment and technical principles of high gravity technology were discussed, the research directions of high gravity technology were prospected, and it was proposed that the integration of machine learning, AI and other technologies to study the internal mass transfer law of the packed bed, and the use of infrared thermal imaging, CT, high-speed camera and other technologies to deeply understand the flow law of the internal flow field of the rotating packed bed would be an important innovation direction in the future. It can make breakthroughs in improving the internal mechanism of the supergravity machine and developing and researching special rotating packed beds in combination with the application field, so as to be applied in a wider range of fields.
