摘  要:中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司馏分油三期项目建有一套 2.0 Mt·a^(-1)工业燃料油加氢裂化装置,以1#、2#沥青装置生产的直馏柴油为原料,在建设初期是以重石脑油收率为 30%进行设计,后期为平衡全厂重石脑油需求,将此装置进料改为 1.5 Mt·a^(-1)新鲜原料+0.5 Mt·a^(-1)循环油,单程重石脑油收率增加至 53%。改造后既可最大量满足多产重石脑油的工况,又可满足多产国 V 质量标准精制柴油的工况,在消费税较高的市场环境下,可为全厂多产化工原料进行转型,又大大增加了装置乃至全厂的灵活性。对两种不同的重石脑油收率的工况下装置运行工况进行详细分析。CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co., Ltd. distillate oil phase III project built a set of 2.0 Mt·a^(-1)industrial fuel oil hydrocracking unit using the direct distilled diesel produced by the 1#and 2#asphalt plants as raw materials. At the beginning of construction, the design was based on a heavy naphtha yield of 30%. In the later stage,in order to balance the demand for heavy naphtha in the whole plant, the feed of this device was changed to 1.5 Mt·a^(-1)fresh raw material + 0.5 Mt·a^(-1)circulating oil, and the yield of heavy naphtha in one trip was increased to 53%. After the transformation, it could meet the working conditions of the most abundant heavy naphtha, and could also meet the working conditions of the refined diesel of the V quality standard, and in the market environment with high consumption tax, it can transform the multi-production chemical raw materials of the whole plant, and greatly increase the flexibility of the device and even the whole plant. In this paper, the operating conditions of the device were analyzed in detail under the working conditions of two different heavy naphtha yields.
