煤制基础油生产工艺及其在润滑油产品中的应用

摘　　要：煤制基础油是一种重要的煤化工产品,具有黏度指数高、蒸发损失低、低温性能和清净分散性能好、几乎不含硫和芳香烃、低氮、无重金属等特点,可用于调和高档润滑油。介绍了煤制基础油的制备工艺,并将其与国外A公司Ⅲ类基础油、国外B公司Ⅲ类基础油和Ⅲ+类基础油、国外C公司GTL基础油以及国外D公司PAO基础油进行对比分析。目前市售的煤制基础油分为CTL4、CTL6和CTL10,分析了其在汽油机油、柴油机油、齿轮油、液压油、ATF及金属加工用油等领域应用的可行性。Coal-based base oil is one of the important coal chemical products and it is possible to reconcile high-grade lubricating oil. It has the characteristics of high viscosity index, low evaporation loss, good low temperature performance and clean dispersion performance, almost no sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbons, low nitrogen and no heavy metals. In this paper, the preparation process of coal-based base oil was introduced, and it was compared with III base oil of foreign company A, III base oil and III+ base oil of foreign company B, GTL base oil of foreign company C and PAO base oil of foreign company D. At present, the commercially available coal-based base oil is divided into CTL4(Coal to liquids), CTL6 and CTL10. The feasibility of its application in gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, ATF and metal processing oil was discussed.
