摘  要:石蜡产品应用领域广泛,目前国内大部分采用“酮苯脱蜡-溶剂精制-白土精制”的反序“老三套”工艺流程,具有蜡产品收率高、其他副产物便于综合利用等优点,但缺点是石蜡原料杂质含量增加,精制难度加大。脱油蜡性质差、杂质含量高,后精制加工达到石蜡产品指标要求难度较大(其中颜色是石蜡产品考察的重要指标)。针对减五线反序工艺生产的减五线脱油蜡中间产品进行白土精制,通过调整白土精制实验中各种影响因素进行对比试验,在白土添加量9%、精制温度110℃、精制时间30 min、沉降温度100℃条件下较好地改善了产品颜色。通过碳数分布与原料对比发现,碳数较小的物质能被更好地吸附在白土孔隙中。Paraffin products are widely used. At present, the reverse "old three sets" process of "ketone benzene dewaxing-solvent refining-clay refining" is mostly adopted in China, which has the advantages of high yield of wax products and convenient comprehensive utilization of other by-products, but the disadvantage is high impurity content of paraffin raw materials and big refining difficulty. The deoiling wax is characterized by poor properties and high impurity content, and it is difficult for the post-refining process to meet the requirements of paraffin products(color is an important indicator of paraffin products inspection).In this paper, the intermediate product of VGO No.5 produced by reverse sequence process was refined by clay. By adjusting various influencing factors in the refining experiment,the color of the product was better improved under the conditions of adding 9% clay, refining temperature 110 ℃,refining time 30 min and settling temperature 100 ℃.By comparing the distribution of carbon number with raw materials, it was found that the material with smaller carbon number could be better adsorbed in the pores of white soil.
