摘 要:为了了解西安市市售蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留情况,2020年搜集来源于西安市蔬果超市、农贸市场、批发市场的18类主要蔬菜总计400个样品,采用气相色谱质谱法对其中残留的氨基甲酸酯类农药情况进行检测分析。结果表明:农药含量超标最高的是豆类(12.2%),蔬菜品种超标率最高的是豇豆(18.2%),以批发市场抽样蔬菜农药残留超标率最为严重(10.7%),以春(11.0%)、秋(6.0%)两季蔬菜中农药超标率最高,蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药检出以克百威超标率最高(4.5%)。西安市市售蔬菜中还是有一定的氨基甲酸酯类农药残留问题,应加强农药残留监管,保证蔬菜质量与安全。in order to understand the carbamate pesticide residues in the vegetables sold in Xi’an city, in 2020, a total of 400 samples of 18 types of main vegetables from vegetable and fruit supermarkets, farmers’ markets and wholesale markets in Xi’an were collected, residual carbamate pesticides were detected and analyzed by gas chromatographymass spectrometry. The results showed that the highest pesticide content exceeded the standard in beans(12.2%), and the highest rate of vegetable varieties was cowpea(18.2%). The pesticide residue rate of sampling vegetables in the wholesale market was the most serious(10.7%). In the spring(11.0%) and autumn(6.0%) vegetables, the pesticide exceeding rate was the highest, and the detection rate of carbamate pesticides in vegetables was the highest(4.5%).There were still certain carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables sold in Xi’an City, and the supervision of pesticide residues should be strengthened to ensure the quality and safety of vegetables.
