基于心理状态评估下精细化护理干预在突发性耳聋患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究心理状态评估下精细化护理干预在突发性耳聋患者中的临床价值。方法:使用随机数表法将2019年11月—2021年4月阜宁县人民医院耳鼻喉科接收的74例突发性耳聋患者分为对照组和试验组,各37例,对照组实施常规心理护理干预,试验组实施心理状态评估下精细化护理干预。于入院1 d后、干预10 d后,对两组疾病不确定感、听力程度、心理状态等情况进行分析。结果:两组入院1 d后疾病不确定感、心理状态对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组干预10 d后复杂性、不确定性、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组干预10 d后听力水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:突发性耳聋患者采取基于心理状态评估下精细化护理干预措施,利于改善对自身疾病的不确定感,加强对疾病认知程度,促使听觉功能得以有效好转,缓解不良心理情绪。Objective: To explore the clinical value of fine nursing intervention based on mental state assessment in patients with sudden deafness. Method: A total of 74 patients with sudden deafness who admitted to the Otolaryngology Department of Funing County People’s Hospital from November 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method, 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine psychological nursing intervention,the experimental group was given fine nursing intervention based on mental state assessment. At 1 d after admission and after 10 d of intervention, the disease uncertainty, hearing degree, psychological status and other conditions of two groups were analyzed. Result: There were no significant differences in disease uncertainty and psychological status between two groups at 1 d after admission(P>0.05);the scores of complexity, uncertainty, Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) in the experimental group after 10 d of intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The hearing level of the experimental group after 10 d of intervention was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Sudden deafness patients, fine nursing intervention based on mental state assessment is conducive to improving feelings of uncertainty about their own disease, strengthening the awareness of disease, promoting the effective improvement of hearing function and alleviating the adverse psychological emotions.
