参芪五味子方联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳喘的临床效果及对气道炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪五味子方联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳喘的临床效果及对气道炎症反应的影响。方法:选取南平市妇幼保健院2021年1—12月就诊的116例咳喘患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各58例。对照组采用参芪五味子方治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷治疗,均治疗7 d。比较两组治疗总有效率,治疗前后的免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),气道炎症因子[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)和转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清IL-2、IL-18和TGF-β_(1)水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:采用参芪五味子方联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳喘可明显减轻患儿气道炎症反应,增强机体免疫功能,临床疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shenqi Wuweizi Recipe and acupoint application on children with cough and asthma and its effect on airway inflammatory response.Method:A total of 116 children with cough and asthma in Nanping Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shenqi Wuweizi Recipe,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group,all of which were treated for 7 d.The total effective rate,the indexes of immune function before and after treatment(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),airway inflammatory factors[interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-18(IL-18),transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))]level and adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-2,IL-18 and TGF-β_(1)were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Shenqi Wuweizi Recipe combined with acupoint application can significantly reduce the airway inflammatory reaction of children with cough and asthma,and enhance the immune function of the body.The clinical effect is significant.
