摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,手术室的科学管理是避免院内感染、保证医院有效运行、落实居民就医保障的重要环节之一。本文总结我院在上海市2022年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情封控管理期间的手术室管理经验。疫情封控管理期间共施行手术260台,其中在负压手术室施行手术182台,均未发生院内感染。此结果是在全院上下通力配合下达到的,也与采取了气泡式管理等密切相关。The scientific management of operating rooms is one of the important links to avoid nosocomial infections,ensure the effective operation of the hospital and implement the medical security of residents during the COVID-19 epidemic.We summarized the operating room management experience of our hospital during the closure and control period from March 27,2022 to June 1,2022 in Shanghai.A total of 260 operations were performed during the lockdown period,in which 182 operations were performed in the negative pressure operating room and no nosocomial infection occurred.This result was achieved through the concerted efforts of the whole hospital and departments and was also inseparable from the bubble management.
