摘　　要：地暖供热由于其热量散失的均匀性和符合人体生理取暖的舒适性越来越受到欢迎,但地暖供热的铺设施工方面还存在许多问题,为了探寻更方便快捷的地暖铺设方式,提高供暖施工过程中的工作质量和效率,结合现有的技术和材料对地暖铺设机结构进行分析,根据功能需求和外观标准,提出机械便携式模块化半自动地暖管线铺设机结构形式的设计,在其结构和使用方式方面进行了一系列创新性的设计,有效地降低了人力物力成本,提高了地暖铺设施工的效率。Floor heating has become more and more popular because of its uniformity of heat loss and the comfort of heating in line with human physiology.However,there are still many problems in the laying and construction of floor heating.In order to explore a more convenient and fast floor heating laying method and improve the work quality and efficiency in the process of heating construction,the structure of floor heating laying machine is analyzed in combination with existing technical materials.According to the functional requirements and appearance standards,this paper puts forward the structural design of mechanical portable modular semi-automatic floor heating pipeline laying machine,and makes a series of innovative designs in its structure and use mode,which effectively reduces the cost of human and material resources and improves the efficiency of floor heating laying construction.
