摘  要:提出了一种新型的圆柱曲面凸轮结构,对圆柱曲面凸轮的轮廓曲线进行理论分析和计算,发现其轮廓曲线过渡不平滑。为了解决其不足,对其轮廓曲线进行优化设计,采用Catmull-Rom三次插值曲线拟合离散点的方法重新计算。将其计算结果在三维软件SolidWorks中模拟仿真,从而实现圆柱曲面凸轮轮廓曲线过渡连续、平滑。为了减小优化后的设计与实际加工的误差,利用SolidWorks软件与UG NX10.0软件的无缝连接,将其在UG NX10.0软件中生成的加工代码导入加工中心(CNC)的系统中进行编程加工,通过改变加工中心的主轴转速来提高新型圆柱曲面凸轮的加工精度。A new type of cylindrical cam structure is proposed.The contour curve of cylindrical surface cam is theoretically analyzed and calculated,and it is found that the transition of the contour curve is not smooth.In order to solve its shortcomings,the contour curve is optimized and recalculated by the method of fitting discrete points with the Catmull-Rom cubic interpolation curve.The calculation results are simulated in the three-dimensional software SolidWorks,so as to realize the continuous and smooth transition of the cylindrical cam profile curve.In order to reduce the error between the optimized design and actual machining,the seamless connection between SolidWorks software and UG NX10.0 software is used to import the machining code generated in UG NX10.0 software into the machining center(CNC)system for programming and machining.By changing the spindle speed of the machining center,the machining accuracy of the new cylindrical surface cam is improved.
