摘 要:履带式消防车因其高机动性、出色的通过性而常服役于易发生森林火灾的原始森林中,在山丘、沟壑等特殊地理环境下可以轻松通行。某履带式消防车除具有灭火功能外,还具有清障作用,用于清理火灾现场的断树、土石等障碍物,便于其它消防车迅速通过并执行任务。限于动力舱布局的局限性,亟需开发一种新型适用于该消防车驱动起重臂的取力装置。文中从取力装置的边界条件出发,运用理论方法对取力装置的传动齿轮进行设计和强度校核,并且通过有限元软件对取力装置的壳体进行了静力学分析和模态分析。为特种作业车的核心零部件的设计提供了一种思路。Crawler fire trucks are often used in virgin forests prone to forest fires because of their high mobility and excellent passability,and can easily pass through special terrain environments such as hills and ravines.In addition to the fire extinguishing function,a crawler fire truck also has the function of clearing obstacles,which is used to clear broken trees,soil and rocks and other obstacles at the fire site,so that other fire trucks can quickly pass through and perform tasks.Due to the limitations of the power compartment layout,it is urgent to develop a new type of power take-off device suitable for driving the boom of the fire truck.Starting from the boundary conditions of the power take-off device,this paper uses the theoretical method to design and check the strength of the transmission gear of the power take-off device,and conducts static analysis and modal analysis of the shell of the power take-off device using finite element software.It provides a way of thinking for the design of the core components of the special operation vehicle.
