摘  要:以天地盖方形盒件为例,针对其冲压成形过程中常有的起皱问题,采用Autoform软件和正交试验相结合的方法,对工件分组进行仿真分析,以降低工件起皱作为优化目标,选取冲压过程中的压边力、摩擦因数、冲压速度和坯料形状4个工艺参数作为考察因素,进行工艺参数优化。模拟仿真结果表明,以上4种因素对方形盒起皱的影响程度为:毛坯形状>摩擦因数>冲压速度>压边力;且得出方形盒冲压的最佳工艺参数组合为:压边力为20 kN、摩擦因数为0.18、冲压速度为15 mm/s,毛坯形状选取圆角形。Taking the square box with the top and bottom cover as an example,aiming at the common wrinkling problem in the stamping and forming process,Autoform software and orthogonal test are used to simulate and analyze the workpiece grouping,and to reduce the wrinkling of the workpiece as the optimization goal.Four process parameters including blank holder force,friction coefficient,stamping speed and blank shape in the stamping process are selected as the investigation factors to optimize the process parameters.The simulation results show that the influence of the above four factors on the wrinkling of the square box is:blank shape>friction coefficient>stamping speed>blank holder force;and the optimal combination of process parameters for square box stamping is:blank holder force is 20 kN,the friction coefficient is 0.18,the stamping speed is 15 mm/s,and the shape of the blank is rounded.
