摘 要:微型飞行器(MAV)在未来的情报搜集、空中监视和信息侦察领域具有潜在的应用价值。为了充分发挥其秘密执行能力,MAV必须在其预定目标附近运行,而且不会引起对方的反侦察。为让MAV的尺寸低于15 cm,要求未来的MAV模仿昆虫的外观和飞行特性。文中描述了一种对甲虫的后翅进行生物力学特性分析的数值模拟方法。数值模拟是理解昆虫飞行行为的一种非常重要的方法。三维模型是经过三维扫描技术和逆向重构技术获得的。使用梁单元模拟翅脉,壳单元模拟翼膜,提出了一种基于真实甲虫翅膀的有限元模型建立方法并进行特征分析。仿真结果显示后翅在扑翼产生的气动载荷下具有较好的弯曲变形协调性。Micro air vehicles(MAVs)have potential application value in the fields of intelligence collection,air surveillance and information reconnaissance in the future.To give full play to the ability of secret execution,MAV must operate near its predetermined target without causing the other party's anti-reconnaissance.In order to make the size of MAV less than 15 cm,future MAV are required to imitate the appearance and flight characteristics of insects.This paper describes a numerical simulation method for the analysis of biomechanical characteristics of beetle's hind wing.Numerical simulation is a very important method to understand the flight behavior of insects.The three-dimensional model is obtained by three-dimensional scanning technology and reverse reconstruction technology.Using beam element to simulate wing vein and shell element to simulate wing membrane,a finite element model based on real beetle wing is proposed and its characteristics are analyzed.The simulation results show that the rear wing has good bending deformation coordination under the aerodynamic load generated by flapping wing.
