摘　　要：针对装配型架的结构特点,结合型架在设计与制造中的分类模式。基于VB语言进行了装配型架刚度库系统的开发。该系统集成于CATIA设计平台中,开发系统与设计平台无缝连接,实现了设计环境中刚度数据的自动获取。该系统通过实践应用,提高了装配型架设计效率,为型架优化设计提供了理论支撑,具有重要的工程实际意义。This paper develops a typical stiffness database system of the assembly tool based on the VB according to the classification of the design and manufacture.The development system and the design system are connected seamlessly.The stiffness data can be obtained in the CATIA environment.This system improves the design efficiency and provides the theoretical support for design optimization.It has important engineering practical significance.
