七味白术散治疗儿童特应性皮炎的方证探讨

摘　　要：七味白术散是北宋钱乙为治儿童泄泻所设良方,旨在健脾益气、和胃生津,临床上对多种消化系统疾病皆有明显疗效。儿童特应性皮炎的中医病因是先天禀赋不足,复感风、湿、燥邪,蕴于肌表,阻遏气机,郁热化火,基本病机为脾虚津伤燥胜。应以固护脾胃、养阴润燥为治则。中医强调方证对应,异病亦可同治,本文就七味白术散治疗该病的方证进行阐析,探讨中医防治儿童特应性皮炎的新方法、新思路。附临床案例一则以佐证。Qiwei Baizhu Powder is a good prescription designed by Qian Yi in Northern Song Dynasty to treat infantile diarrhea,which aims to strengthen spleen,replenish Qi,harmonize stomach and stimulate fluid production and has obvious clinical effects on a variety of digestive diseases.In TCM,the etiology of atopic dermatitis(AD)in children is congenital endowment deficiency,namely spleen deficiency,body fluid impairment and dryness resulted from wind,dampness and dryness accumulating at the exterior surface,hampering Qi movement and leading to stagnated heat transforming into fire.The principle of treatment should be focused on strengthening spleen and stomach,nourishing Yin and moistening dryness.TCM emphasizes the correspondence of prescriptions and syndromes and the same treatment to different diseases.This paper analyzes the prescriptions and syndromes of Qiwei Baizhu Powder in treating children s AD to discuss the new methods and new ideas in preventing and treating AD in children.A clinical case is attached as evidence.
