摘 要:基于高定向热解石墨(HOPG)板和法拉第电磁感应定律,设计了一种抗磁悬浮气流能量收集器。通过仿真研究了提升磁铁的半径和厚度对该收集器轴向结构尺寸的影响,对该收集器的结构进行了研究,以探索其在结构尺寸优化方面的潜力。通过改变提升磁铁的半径,将其与悬浮磁铁在平衡位置处的位移、所受合力和势能联系起来,得到了很明显的合力和势能的变化趋势图。通过联合仿真研究了提升磁铁的半径和厚度、HOPG板的半径和厚度对最大单稳悬浮间距的影响。通过上述结构优化分析,制备的能量收集器可以点亮由60个发光二极管组成的郑州大学图标样式的矩阵灯。在实验条件下,该抗磁悬浮气流能量收集器所输出的最高峰值电压可达1.294 V,平均功率可达60.67 mW。Based on highly oriented pyrolytic graphite(HOPG)sheet and Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction,a diamagnetic levitation airflow energy harvester was designed.The influences of the radius and thickness of the lifting magnet on the axial structure size of the harvester were studied by simulation.The structure of the harvester was studied to explore its potential in structural size optimization.By changing the radius of the lifting magnet,it was related to the displacement,resultant force and potential energy of the floating magnet at the equilibrium position,and an obvious trend diagram of resultant force and potential energy was obtained.The influences of the radius and thickness of the lifting magnet,the radius and thickness of the HOPG sheet on the maximum monostable levitation distance were studied by co-simulation.Based on the above structural optimization analysis,the prepared energy harvester can light up the matrix lamp of Zhengzhou University LOGO composed of 60 light-emitting diodes.Under experimental conditions,the maximum peak voltage and average power of the diamagnetic levitation airflow energy harvester can reach 1.294 V and 60.67 mW,respectively.
