摘　　要：为筛选和调查甘肃省河西地区羊肉产品中抗微生物药物残留类别,测定与分析其残留现状,以河西地区4个市肉羊可食组织(肌肉、肝、肾)为研究对象,利用兽药残留检测试纸条初步筛查7大类28种抗微生物药物残留类别和种类,再以液相色谱串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定初筛阳性样品中药物残留量,并进行统计学分析。初筛结果显示,129份样品中7类抗微生物药物阳性检出率44.19%;肌肉、肝、肾检出率分别为6/39(15.38%)、47/51(92.16%)、4/39(10.26%);结合当地常用兽药确定了喹诺酮类(恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星)、氨基糖苷类(庆大霉素)、大环内酯类(泰乐菌素、替米考星)3类6种抗微生物药物。LC-MS/MS测定结果显示,检出药物类别与初筛结果一致;肌肉和肝中替米考星检出率最高,平均残留量分别为1.5633μg/kg、14.5187μg/kg,肾中庆大霉素残留量最高,达到133.2138μg/kg;6种抗微生物药物检出率差异不显著(P>0.05);肌肉、肝、肾中3类组织中药物检出率差异显著(P<0.05);酒泉、张掖、金昌3地肉羊产品以庆大霉素检出率最高(27.27%、33.33%、16.67%),武威肉羊产品以泰乐菌素和替米考星检出最为突出(33.33%),但4市之间差异不显著(P>0.05);恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、替米考星及泰乐菌素残留量符合GB 31650,合格率为100%;2份肌肉样品庆大霉素残留量超标,合格率为98.45%;20份样品检出的氧氟沙星,为食品动物禁用药物,合格率为84.50%。研究结果可为羊肉食品中兽药残留监测、筛选和精准识别提供科学依据,为确保羊肉质量安全提供数据支持。In order to screen and investigate the categories of antimicrobial drug residues in mutton products in Hexi,Gansu province,determine and analyze their current status,this study took the edible tissues(muscle,liver,kidney)of mutton in 4 cities as the research object.The veterinary drug residue detection test strips wwere used to initially screen the categories and types of 28 antimicrobial drug residues in 7 categories,then liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)was used to determine the residual amount of antimicrobial drugs in the positive samples of the preliminary screening,and statistical analysis was performed.The preliminary screening results showed that 57 samples out of 129 samples were positive,with a detection rate of 44.19%;The detection rates of muscle,liver,and kidney were 6/39(15.38%),47/51(92.16%),4/39(10.26%);Three types of quinolones(enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin),aminoglycosides(gentamicin),and macrolides(tylosin,tilmicosin)were detected for 6 antimicrobial drugs.The LC-MS/MS measurement results showed that the types of the detected drugs were consistent with the preliminary screening results.Tilmicosin has the highest detection rate in muscle and liver,with average residual amounts of 1.5633μg/kg and 14.5187μg/kg,respectively.These 6 drugs were not detected in kidney.Its detection rate is not significantly different(P>0.05),the detection rates of drugs in the three types of tissues of muscle,liver,and kidney have significant difference(P<0.05).The detection rate of gentamicin was the highest(27.27%,33.33%,16.67%)in mutton products from Jiuquan,Zhangye and Jinchang.Tylosin and tilmicosin were the most prominent in Wuwei mutton products(33.33%),but the difference among the four cities is not significant(P>0.05);The residues of enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,tilmicosin and tylosin comply with GB 31650,with a pass rate of 100%;the gentamicin residues in 2 meat samples exceed the standard,with a pass rate of 98.45%;Ofloxacin,a banned drug for food animals,was detected in 18 sam
