摘　　要：培养具有创新精神和实践能力的人才,是体育教育专业适应社会主义现代化建设和中小学教育改革与发展的实际需要。该文运用了文献资料法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法,深入了解西安体育学院体育教育专业学生体操实践能力培养的现实状况,剖析体操实践能力培养是否符合当前社会、学校、学生的实际需求,培养目标是否合理,试图回答为谁培养人,培养什么样的人,怎样培养人的系列问题,并制订了详尽的实践能力培养指标,以评价促实践,以期为西安体育学院体育教育专业学生体操实践能力培养提供参考和借鉴。Training talents with innovative spirit and practical ability is the physical education specialty to meet the socialist modernization construction and primary and secondary education reform and development of the actual needs.This paper uses the methods of literature,Delphi method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods to deeply understand the actual situation of gymnastics practical ability training of physical education majors in Xi’an Physical Education University,analyze whether the training of gymnastics practical ability meets the actual needs of the current society,schools and students,and whether the training objectives are reasonable,try to answer a series of questions about"who to train,what to train,and how to train people",formulate detailed practical ability training indicators,so as to evaluate and promote practice,with a view to providing reference and reference for the training of gymnastics practical ability of students majoring in Physical Education in Xi’an Physical Education University.
