大健康背景下传统武医融合的现代发展路径探究

摘　　要：大卫生、大健康观念的提出,让人们的观念由“治已病”转变为有意识地“治未病”,为武医融合的产业发展带来新机遇。该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,探究我国古代农耕社会形态上形成的相对封闭的空间以及哲学上的同源性造就的传统武医融合的历史经验,探讨在大健康背景下传统武医融合的现代发展困境及发展路径,旨在促进武医融合的发展,为保障人民健康作出贡献,进而全面推进“健康中国”战略的实施,推动全民健身与全民健康的深度融合。研究显示:西方文化的强势入侵,导致传统武术与传统中医从思想观念、传承模式等多维度进行分化,导致其多元化价值供给不足;在大健康背景下,武医融合的现代发展需要继承武医一体的整体思维观和历史经验,重构武医融合所需的师徒制,发掘武医融合的多元健康价值,满足人们多元健康需求,并深度探索产业融合发展机制,推动健康产业数字化转型。The proposal of the concept of great hygiene and great health makes people’s concept of"curing the existed diseases"change into conscious"curing the possible diseases",ushering in new opportunities for the industrial development of the integration of Wushu and medical medicine.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper explores the historical experience of the integration of traditional Wushu and medicine formed by the relatively closed space formed in the ancient agricultural social form and the philosophical homology,discusses the modern development dilemma and development path of the integration of traditional Wushu and medicine under the background of great health,aiming to promote the development of the integration of Wushu and medicine,and make contributions to the protection of people’s health.Then comprehensively promote the implementation of the"Healthy China"strategy,and promote the deep integration of national fitness and national health.The research shows that the strong invasion of western culture has led to the differentiation of traditional Wushu and traditional Chinese medicine from multiple dimensions,such as ideas and inheritance patterns,resulting in the lack of diversified value supply;In the context of great health,the modern development of integration of Wushu and medical medicine needs to inherit the holistic thinking and historical experience of integration of Wushu and medical medicine,reconstruct the apprenticeship system required by integration of Wushu and medical medicine,explore the multiple health values of integration of Wushu and medical medicine,meet people’s multiple health needs,and deeply explore the development mechanism of industrial integration to promote the digital transformation of the health industry.
