摘　　要：基层体校是优秀运动员的摇篮,每年为省队、国家队输送大量人才,在反兴奋剂教育工作中起着基础性的作用。该文通过阐述我国反兴奋剂的奋斗历程,分析当今我国基层体校青少年体育反兴奋剂问题,希望通过提升基层体校反兴奋剂工作人员的专业水平,加强对青少年运动员、教练员等的反兴奋剂教育,促使三品管理等方面达到反兴奋剂工作从基层抓起、从娃娃抓起的效果,让反兴奋剂工作形成良性循环的态势。Grass-roots sports schools are the cradle of excellent athletes.They provide a large number of talents for provincial teams and national teams every year and play a fundamental role in anti doping education.Through expounding the struggle course of anti doping in China,this paper analyzes the problem of anti doping in youth sports in primary sports schools in China today,and hopes to achieve the effect of anti doping work from the grass-roots level and from children by improving the professional level of anti doping staff in primary sports schools,strengthening the anti doping education for young athletes,coaches,etc.,and strengthening the management of three grades,Let the anti doping work form a virtuous circle.
