摘　　要：在大健康时代,人们对养生和大健康的需求已不单单局限于治疗,而是表现在预防、治疗、修复、康养。康养旅游不但能够养身、养心、养性、养生,还能够养成一种良好的生活习惯。赣南康养旅游度假小镇以旅游产业为龙头,将运动休闲、健康疗养、生态旅游、文化体验等业态聚合起来,实现与健康相关的大量消费产业的聚集,康养旅游、旅居康养顺应了人们对健康的追求,转变了人们的旅游观念。赣南是客家摇篮,良好的生态和人居环境成为吸引海峡两岸和港澳等旅居游客的最大卖点,该文通过运用SWOT-CLPV模型分析赣南康养度假小镇内、外部环境及杠杆作用、抑制作用、脆弱性与问题性的竞争态势,来获取目前赣南康养度假小镇开发所面临的各类影响因素,进而优化其开发策略与路径。In the era of great health,people’s demand for health preservation and great health is not only for treatment,but also for prevention,treatment,repair,health care,health tourism is not only for health preservation,mind preservation,life preservation,and health preservation,but also to develop a good living habits.Kangyang Tourism Resort Town in southern Jiangxi is led by the tourism industry,integrating sports and leisure,health recuperation,ecotourism,cultural experience,and other business forms to realize the gathering of a large number of health-related consumption.Health tourism and living health conform to people’s pursuit of health and the change of tourism concept.Southern Jiangxi is the cradle of Hakka,and the good ecological and living environment has become the biggest selling point to attract tourists from both sides of the Taiwan Strait,Hong Kong and Macao.By using SWOT-CLPV model to analyze the internal and external environment of health resort town in southern Jiangxi and the competitive situation of leverage,inhibition,vulnerability and problems,we can obtain various influencing factors facing the development of health resort town in southern Jiangxi,and then optimize its development strategy and path.
