摘　　要：高校竞技体育管理体制的建设是保障相关工作开展,体现高校竞技体育教育价值的重要途径。但由于管理体制的建设受到多方面因素的影响,现阶段高校竞技体育管理体制的建设工作仍然面临着来自组织机构建设,规章制度建设,管理工作实践资源建设三方面的典型挑战。需要加强政府的宏观调控与治理进行干预;注重管理制度体系的建设和完善;积极吸引资金资源,为管理工作实践提供支持;加大管理工作人员团队培养力度,为取得更好的高校竞技体育管理体制改革效果提供帮助。The construction of competitive sports management system in colleges and universities is an important way to ensure the development of related work and reflect the realization of educational value of competitive sports in colleges and universities.However,because the construction of management system will be affected by many factors,the construction of university competitive sports management system at the present stage is still faced with three typical challenges from the construction of organizations,rules and regulations,and the construction of management practice resources.It is necessary to strengthen the government’s macro-control and governance intervention;Pay attention to the construction and improvement of the management system;Actively attract financial resources and provide support for management practice;Strengthen the team training of management staff,and provide help for achieving better results in the reform of the management system of competitive sports in colleges and universities.
