摘 要:采用反相乳液法制备了磁性壳聚糖微球(MCPs),并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射光谱(XRD)对其进行表征。系统研究了直接桃红溶液初始质量浓度、pH以及吸附时间对磁性壳聚糖微球吸附行为的影响。结果表明,随着直接桃红溶液初始质量浓度和pH的升高,磁性壳聚糖微球对直接桃红的平衡吸附量(qe)均呈上升趋势,其最大平衡吸附量为113.2 mg/g。吸附动力学研究发现,磁性壳聚糖微球对直接桃红的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型。等温吸附拟合结果表明,磁性壳聚糖微球对直接桃红的吸附行为与Langmuir模型更加契合。Magnetic chitosan microspheres(MCPs) are fabricated through an inverse phase emulsion method, and further characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD).The effect of the initial mass concentration of direct pink dye solution, pH and adsorption time on the adsorption behavior of MCPs to the dye are investigated.It is found that the equilibrium adsorption capacity(qe) of MCPs to direct pink dye increases with the increase of initial concentration or pH value of the solution, which exhibits the highest value of 113.2 mg·g-1.It is observed from adsorption kinetics investigation that the adsorption process of MCPs to direct pink dye accords with pseudo-second order kinetics model.Adsorption isotherm model investigation confirms that the adsorption behavior of MCPs to direct pink dye is consistent with Langmuir model.
