摘 要:以卵囊藻为研究对象,分别在精对苯二甲酸(PTA)废水原水和3种不同处理方法处理后的PTA废水中进行固碳实验研究。结果表明,卵囊藻在PTA废水原水中对COD降解率为84.56%,平均固碳效率仅为79.57%;采用经过生化处理和经过紫外预处理的PTA废水,微藻的平均固碳效率分别达到了97.78%和95.74%,且固碳效率较为稳定;采用Fenton预处理的PTA废水,COD去除率只有58.18%,但平均固碳效率达到了85.37%,高于PTA原水的相应值。以PTA废水为介质培养微藻,可以同时实现废水净化和CO_(2)固定,并且在经过预处理的废水中有更好的固碳效果。Microalgae has environmental and economic advantages in wastewater.Carbon sequestration experiments are respectively carried out in raw purified terephthalic acid(PTA)wastewater and PTA wastewater treated by three different treatment methods.Experimental results show that the degradation rate of COD by oocystis in raw PTA wastewater reaches 84.56%,and the average carbon sequestration efficiency is only 79.57%due to high initial COD concentration in raw PTA wastewater.The average carbon sequestration efficiencies of microalgae reach 97.78%and 95.74%in PTA wastewater treated by biochemical treatment and UV pretreatment,respectively,and maintain relatively stable.The removal rate of COD is only 58.18%if raw PTA wastewater is pretreated by Fenton method.However,the average carbon sequestration efficiency reaches 85.37%in PTA wastewater treated by Fenton method,which is higher than the corresponding value of raw PTA wastewater.It is indicated that using PTA wastewater as medium to cultivate microalgae can achieve wastewater purification and CO_(2)sequestration at the same time,and has a better carbon sequestration effect in the pretreated wastewater.
