摘  要:文章阐述了循环流化床应用印度尼西亚当地具有高固定碳、高挥发分、低灰份的褐煤进行燃烧,并利用Wen&Yu公式作为计算最低临界流化风速,以保证锅炉燃烧稳定性及连续性,同时提高锅炉热负荷能力。针对电厂前4台CFB锅炉在燃用印尼当地褐煤过程中,出现床温普遍偏高、炉内床温分部不均匀、屏过超温、循环灰量少,水平烟道积灰严重等一系列现象,严重影响锅炉安全经济运行等问题原因进行剖析。从给煤粒度,返料风风量、燃烧总风量,风煤配比以及二次风的应用、床压等参数的调整,在不同负荷下进行各燃烧优化试验,有效地解决了燃用低灰份、高固定碳印尼褐煤的CFB锅炉运行的持续性,具有较好的经济效益以及应用前景。This paper expounds the application of circulating fluidized bed in Indonesia with high fixed carbon,high volatile,low ash local lignite for combustion analysis,and uses the Wen&Yu formula as the calculation of the minimum critical fluidization wind speed to ensure the boiler combustion stability and continuity At the same time,the thermal load capacity of the boiler is improved.In view of the fact that the first four CFB boilers in our factory are burning Indonesian local lignite,the bed temperature is generally high,the bed temperature in the furnace is uneven,the screen is overheated,the amount of circulating ash is small,and the horizontal flue is seriously deposited.A series of phenomena,which seriously affect the safe and economic operation of boilers,are analyzed.From the coal particle size,the return air volume,the total combustion air volume,the air-coal ratio,the application of secondary air,and the adjustment of parameters such as bed pressure,various combustion optimization tests are carried out under different loads,which effectively solves the problem of low fuel consumption.The continuous operation of CFB boilers with ash content and high fixed carbon Indonesian lignite has relatively objective economic benefits and application prospects.
