摘  要:随着社会经济的不断发展,很多风电企业均出现了协调控制的问题,为了有效解决这一问题,降低对系统运行的影响,研究人员提出了误差分配原则策略。文章将重点围绕基于误差分配原则的发电侧共享储能容量规划进行研究,并结合政府政策情况对储能定价进行合理的计算,进而得出最合理的储能容量配置。与此同时,提出利用季节性风况分析增强储能配置管理的策略,以此为发电侧共享储能的广泛应用奠定良好的基础。With the continuous development of the economy and society,many power companies have problems such as coordinated control.In order to effectively solve the above problems and reduce the impact on the system operation,researchers put forward the principle of error distribution strategy.In view of this situation,this paper will focus on the research on the shared energy storage capacity planning on the power generation side based on the principle of error allocation,and make reasonable plans for energy storage pricing in combination with government policies,and then obtain the most reasonable energy storage capacity allocation.At the same time,a strategy of enhancing energy storage configuration management by analyzing seasonal wind conditions is proposed,which lays a good foundation for the widespread application of shared energy storage on the power generation side.
