摘  要:推进电网生产技改大修自主实施是电网企业实现提质增效、锻炼生产一线员工技能的重要举措。文章结合电网企业生产技改大修实际,引入项目管理成熟度相关理论模型,构建一套技改大修自主实施能力评价体系,助力各级电网企业准确定位能力水平,精准识别管理短板,不断提升技改大修项目管理水平和自主实施能力。Promoting the independent implementation of power grid production technical transformation and overhaul business is an important measure for power grid enterprises to improve quality and efficiency and to exercise the skills of front-line employees.Combining the actual production technology overhaul business of power grid enterprises,this paper introduces the relevant theoretical model of project management maturity,and builds a set of evaluation system for the independent implementation capability of technological overhaul to help power grid enterprises at all levels accurately locate the level of ability,accurately identify management shortcomings,and continuously improve Technological overhaul project management level and independent implementation ability.
