摘  要:电除尘器作为火力发电厂的必备设备,用来清除燃煤锅炉排放烟气中的颗粒烟尘。由于低温、潮湿,粉煤灰容易结块,会导致烟尘排出不畅,因而火力发电厂的除尘系统都需要有伴热、保温措施,但这就导致了过高的能耗。在确保烟尘流动性的前提下,实现能源节约成为重要课题。本项目组研制成功一套新型燃煤电厂电除尘器灰斗防堵免伴热系统,能够有效替代传统电加热和蒸汽加热,近乎零能耗,同时能够保证灰斗不堵灰、蓬灰,确保灰斗下灰通畅,对业内具有较大借鉴价值。As an essential equipment in thermal power plants,electrostatic precipitators are used to remove particulate soot from the flue gas emitted by coal-fired boilers.Due to low temperature and humidity,fly ash is easy to agglomerate,which will lead to poor discharge of smoke and dust.Therefore,the dust removal system of thermal power plants needs to have heat tracing and insulation measures,but this leads to excessive energy consumption.On the premise of ensuring the fluidity of smoke and dust,achieving energy saving has become an important issue.Our project team has successfully developed a new type of coal-fired power plant electrostatic precipitator ash hopper anti-clogging and heat tracing system,which can effectively replace traditional electric heating and steam heating,with almost zero energy consumption,and can ensure that the ash hopper does not block ash,It is of great reference value for the industry to ensure that the ash hopper is unobstructed.
