摘 要:目的:探讨赋能心理模式对ICU护士职业倦怠、应对方式的影响。方法:选取来自3个医院的120名ICU护士,随机分为观察组和对照组各60名,对照组护士予以常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上予以赋能心理模式干预,两组干预频次:1次/2周,持续1个月。比较两组护士干预前后心理压力评分、职业倦怠评分、应对方式以及心理资本评分。结果:观察组护士干预后紧张感、失控感评分明显低于对照组(t=5.943,5.292;P<0.05);观察组护士干预后个人成就感、情绪衰竭、去人格化评分明显低于对照组(t=5.559,7.131,6.955;P<0.05);观察组护士干预后积极应对评分明显高于对照组(t=4.806,P<0.05),消极应对评分明显低于对照组(t=4.766,P<0.05);观察组护士干预后乐观、希望、韧性评分明显高于对照组(t=5.893,8.261,7.606;P<0.05)。结论:赋能心理模式有利于缓解ICU护士的心理压力和职业倦怠感,改善其应对方式,提高心理资本水平。Objective:To explore the influence of empowerment psychological model on job burnout and coping style of ICU nurses.Methods:A total of 120 ICU nurses from 3 hospitals were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 nurses in each group.The nurses in control group were given routine intervention, while the observation group was given empowerment psychological model intervention based on the control group.The intervention frequency of the two groups was once every two weeks, lasting for one month.The scores of psychological stress, job burnout, coping style and psychological capital before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of tension and loss of control of nurses in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(t=5.943,5.292;P<0.05).The scores of personal achievement, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of nurses in observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those in control group(t=5.559,7.131,6.955;P<0.05).In the observation group, the scores of positive coping after intervention was significantly higher than that in control group(t=4.806,P<0.05),while the scores of negative coping was significantly lower than that in control group(t=4.766,P<0.05).The scores of optimism, hope and resilience of nurses in observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in control group(t=5.893,8.261,7.606;P<0.05).Conclusion:Empowering psychological model is beneficial to relieve ICU nurses’ psychological pressure and job burnout, improve their coping style and improve their psychological capital level.
