儿童期不良经历与大学生人际关系困扰:成人依恋与手机依赖的链式中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童期不良经历、成人依恋和手机依赖对大学生人际关系困扰的影响。方法:采用儿童期不良经历问卷、成人依恋问卷、手机依赖指数量表和人际关系综合诊断量表对在校大学生进行调查,共得到731份有效问卷。结果:①人际关系困扰与儿童期不良经历(r=0.32,P<0.001)、依恋焦虑(r=0.45,P<0.001)、依恋回避(r=0.35,P<0.001)和手机依赖(r=0.37,P<0.001)均显著正相关,儿童期不良经历与依恋焦虑(r=0.22,P<0.001)、依恋回避(r=0.15,P<0.001)和手机依赖(r=0.15,P<0.001)均显著正相关;②依恋焦虑、依恋回避和手机依赖分别在儿童期不良经历与人际关系困扰间起部分中介作用(95%CI均不包含0);③依恋焦虑/依恋回避和手机依赖在儿童期不良经历与人际关系困扰间起链式中介作用(95%CI均不包含0)。结论:儿童期不良经历通过成人依恋和手机依赖的链式中介作用间接影响大学生人际关系困扰。Objective:To examine the impact of adverse childhood experiences, adult attachmentand mobile phone addiction on interpersonal relationship difficulties in college students.Methods:Adverse Childhood Experience Questionnaire, Adult Attachment Scale, Mobile Phone Addiction Index and Interpersonal Relationship Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale were administrated and 731 valid questionnaires were acquired.Results:①Interpersonal relationship was positively correlated with adverse childhood experiences(r=0.32,P<0.001),attachment anxiety(r=0.45,P<0.001),attachment avoidance(r=0.35,P<0.001)and mobile phone addiction(r=0.37,P<0.001).Adverse childhood experiences was positively correlated with attachment anxiety(r=0.22,P<0.001),attachment avoidance(r=0.15,P<0.001)and mobile phone addiction(r=0.15,P<0.001).The results showed that the adverse childhood experiences, attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance, mobile phone addiction and interpersonal relationship were correlated with each other.②Attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance and mobile phone addiction acted as a mediator between adverse childhood experiences and interpersonal relationship(all 95% CI do not contain zero).③Attachment anxiety/attachment avoidance and mobile phone addiction performed the serial mediation effect between adverse childhood experiences and interpersonal relationship(all 95% CI do not contain zero).Conclusion:Adverse childhood experiences can not only directly affect interpersonal relationship, but also indirectly affect interpersonal relationship through the serial mediation effect of both adult attachment and mobile phone addiction.
