摘  要:针对脉冲序列PT(pulse train)控制连续导电模式CCM(continuous conduction mode) Buck变换器存在的低频振荡问题,提出一种基于电容电流的变换器多脉冲序列CC-MPT(capacitor current multi-pulse train)控制技术。该控制技术检测每个开关周期起始时刻的电容电流值,当电容电流较小时,产生一个高能量脉冲,使电容电流增大到一定范围内,然后比较输出电压与参考电压,选择中、低能量脉冲,调节变换器输出电压。以Buck变换器为例,介绍了CC-MPT控制的工作原理、控制特性与抑制低频振荡机理,进行了时域仿真分析和相图分析,建立了开关映射模型并分析其动力学行为,并通过实验验证了该控制技术的可行性。相比于传统PT控制CCM变换器,CC-MPT控制可以消除低频振荡现象,具有更好的输出特性。Aimed at the problem of low-frequency oscillation in a continuous conduction mode(CCM) Buck converter under the pulse train(PT) control, a multi-pulse train control technology for converter based on capacitor current(CC-MPT)is proposed in this paper. This control method detects the capacitor current value at the beginning of each switching cycle.When the capacitor current is small, a high energy pulse will be generated to increase the capacitor current to a certain range. Then, according to the comparison between the output and reference voltages, the middle and low energy pulses are selected to regulate the output voltage from the converter. A Buck converter is taken as an example, and the working principle, control characteristics and low-frequency oscillation suppression mechanism of CC-MPT control are introduced.In addition, a time-domain simulation analysis and a phase diagram analysis are carried out, and a switch mapping model is established with the analysis of its dynamic behavior. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed control technology was verified by experimental results. Compared with the traditional PT controlled CCM converter, the CC-MPT controlled converter can eliminate the low-frequency oscillation and has better output characteristics.
