摘  要:单极性正弦脉冲宽度调制SPWM(sinusoidal pulse width modulation)具有开关损耗低、效率高、输出波形良好的优点,然而在逆变器并联系统中,使用单极性SPWM方法可能引发环流,造成系统效率降低、电流波形畸变甚至器件损坏。对比采用4种不同单极性SPWM方法时并联系统的环流产生情况发现,只有双臂斩波单极性SPWM会引发环流,并从控制结构上分析了这一环流产生的原因。此外,针对使用双臂斩波单极性SPWM的情况,提出了一种不需要额外增加硬件成本的控制方法,可以避免在逆变器并联系统中引发环流。通过仿真与实验验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。The unipolar sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)has advantages of low switching loss,high efficiency and better output waveforms.However,circulating current may be induced in a parallel inverter system when using the unipolar SPWM method,which will lead to a lower system efficiency,current waveform distortion and even damage to devices.From the comparison of circulating current in the parallel system when using four different unipolar SPWM methods,it is found that only the unipolar PWM in double-armed chopped driving mode will induce circulating current,and the corresponding cause is analyzed from the perspective of control structure.In addition,in the case of using the unipolar SPWM in double-armed chopped driving mode,a control method without adding extra hardware cost is proposed,which can avoid inducing circulating current in the parallel inverter system.Simulation and experimental results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
