摘  要:样品中的环氧乙烷经盐酸溶液提取并水解成乙二醇,乙二醇经高碘酸氧化成甲醛,用硫代硫酸钠滴定除去过量的高碘酸,甲醛在碱性条件下与4-氨基-3-联氨-5-巯基-1,2,4-三氮杂茂(AHMT)发生缩合,再被高碘酸钾氧化成6-巯基-S-三氮杂茂[4,3-b]-S-四氮杂苯的紫红色络合物,其颜色的深浅在一定范围内与甲醛含量成线性关系,通过色阶溶液进行目视比色,对试样中环氧乙烷进行半定量测定。结果表明所研发的快检试剂盒检验结果与国标方法一致,灵敏度和特异性为100%,假阴性率和假阳性率为0。研制的快检试剂盒可实现口罩中环氧乙烷残留量的快速检测。Ethylene oxide in samples was extracted by the hydrochloric acid solution and converted to ethanediol.Ethanediol was then oxidized to oxymethylene by periodic acid and excess periodic acid was titrated by sodium thiosulfate.Oxymethylene reacted with 4-amino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole(AHMT)under alkaline condition and then a kind of purple complex was formed after the products being oxidized by potassium periodate.The shade depth of the complex was in proportion to the concentration of oxymethylene.Then,the concentration of the ethylene oxide residue was determined by visual colorimetry.The results were consistent with that of national standard method.The sensitivity and specificity of the rapid detection kit were100%.The false negative and false positive rates were 0.The rapid detection kit developed was fast and convenient for the determination of the ethylene oxide residue in masks.
