摘  要:基于罗丹明B(RhB)与金纳米溶胶(AuNPs)之间的拉曼增强,利用Mn(Ⅱ)对RhB拉曼信号的调节,建立了拉曼法测定烟草中的Mn(Ⅱ)。研究结果表明:Mn(Ⅱ)可通过与AuNPs相互作用,显著增强拉曼信号。Mn(Ⅱ)的浓度与RhB在616 cm^(-1)处峰的峰强度,在30μmol/L~1 mmol/L(R^(2)=0.9585)和1~8 mmol/L(R^(2)=0.9832)范围内呈2段良好的线性关系,检出限为5μmol/L。将该方法用于烟草样品中Mn(Ⅱ)含量的测定,其加标回收率在90.3%~105.5%范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)<8.3%,与原子吸收方法相近,满足实际应用需求。Based on the Raman signal enhancement effect of rhodamine B(RhB)and gold nanosols(AuNPs),a new Raman method for the determination of Mn(Ⅱ)in tobacco was established by using Mn(Ⅱ)to regulate Raman signal of RhB.The results of the mechanism of Mn(Ⅱ)on Raman signal enhancement showed that Mn(Ⅱ)significantly enhanced Raman signal by interacting with AuNPs.Two good linear relationships were achieved between the concentration of Mn(Ⅱ)and the intensity of the RhB peak at 616 cmin the ranges of 30μmol/L^(-1) mmol/L(R^(2)=0.9585)and 1-8 mmol/L(R^(2)=0.9832),respectively,with the detection limit of 5μmol/L.The method was used for the determination of Mn(Ⅱ)in tobacco,and the standard addition recoveries were in the range of 90.3%^(-1)05.5%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)less than 8.3%,which was similar to that of the atomic absorption method and met the needs of practical applications.
