摘　　要：在新媒体高度发达的新时代,依托新媒体培育大学生的奋斗精神,具有较高价值和深远意义。在机遇与挑战并存的情况下,依托新媒体培育新时代大学生奋斗精神,应增强奋斗精神在新媒体舆论阵地中的话语权,以新媒体多重优势激励新时代大学生增强奋斗自觉,及时构建多元主体积极参与的协同教育机制,从而为新时代大学生奋斗精神培育创造良好的条件。In the new era of highly developed new media,it is of high value and far-reaching significance to rely on new media to cultivate college students’striving spirit.In the case of both opportunities and challenges,relying on new media to cultivate the striving spirit of college students in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen the discourse power of the striving spirit in the new media public opinion position,take the multiple advantages of new media to encourage college students in the new era to strengthen the consciousness of struggle,and timely construct multi-subject active participation of collaborative education mechanism,so as to create good conditions for the cultivation of the striving spirit of college students in the new era.
