摘 要:随着人工智能等技术的不断发展,战争正由信息化向智能化飞速转变,由此导致战争形态、制胜机理、作战样式、作战手段等都发生了改变。联合作战指挥机构应紧盯当前高新技术的发展趋势,预先布局,提早谋划,尤其是要加快联合作战指挥智能化手段建设,以应对可能到来的具备智能化特征的信息化局部战争。结合作战值勤任务,从战场信息爆发性、战场情况突发性和作战回路时敏性三个方面提出智能虚拟参谋建设的现实必要性,以“深绿”“指挥官虚拟参谋”等为例,总结归纳了外军智能虚拟参谋的发展现状及启示,最后围绕系统体系架构、主要功能设计智能虚拟参谋系统框架,阐述系统的主要特点。With the continuous development of technologies such as artificial intelligence, warfare is rapidly transforming from information-centric to intelligent, which leads to changes in the form of warfare, winning mechanisms, combat styles and means, etc. Joint Operations Command Center should pay close attention to the current development trends of high-tech, lay out in advance, and plan early. In particular, the construction of intelligent means for joint combat command should be accelerated, and the possible emergence of informationcentric local wars with intelligent characteristics should be addressed. Based on the combat duty tasks, this study proposes the practical necessity of developing intelligent virtual staff according to three aspects: the explosiveness of battlefield information, the suddenness of battlefield situations, and the time sensitivity of combat loops. This paper also summarizes the development status of foreign military systems using Deep Green, Command Virtual Staff. On this basis, the framework of an intelligent virtual staff system is designed, which mainly include the system architecture and primary functions. This paper describes the fundamental features of system.
