摘 要:随着人工智能、物联网、云计算等前沿科技在军事领域的广泛深入应用,智能化战争正逐步取代机械化、信息化战争成为未来战争的主要形态。如何准确把握智能化战争的规律,加快智能化作战能力建设成为大国军事发展的关键。本文对“中国知网”中文数据库历年来有关智能化战争的文献进行了分析,对研究基本现状进行了梳理,总结归纳了智能化战争概念、制胜机理、作战体系和样式、支撑技术、武器装备、伦理问题等方面的主要观点。在此基础上,就我智能化作战能力建设提出了军事理论创新、作战体系建设、科技创新与军事应用、伦理风险规避、人才队伍建设等方面的对策建议。With the extensive and in-depth application of frontier technologies such as artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,and cloud computing in the military field,intelligent warfare is gradually replacing mechanized and information warfare as the main form of future wars.Therefore,accurately grasping the rules of intelligent warfare and accelerating the capability building of intelligent combat have become crucial for major powers to develop military strength.This paper analyzes relevant literature obtained from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure about intelligent warfare over the years to understand its current state and summarizes the major viewpoints,including the concept of intelligent warfare,winning mechanisms,combat systems and modes,supporting technologies,weapons and equipment,and ethical issues.On this basis,this article then proposes several countermeasures and suggestions for building the capability of intelligent combat in the Chinese military,such as military theory innovation,combat system building,scientific and technological innovation for military application,ethical risk avoidance,and talent cultivation.
