摘　　要：在外乡贤投身乡村振兴建设,为乡村振兴战略实施打入一剂强行针。基于广东吴川L村在外乡贤回乡创业,深入分析了在外乡贤参与农业经营再造的实践成功经验与运营模式探索。在乡村振兴与乡村治理过程中,在外乡贤的人格魅力与村民向心力凝聚是基础;在外乡贤的农村市场化思想与农业经营深化是动力;政府的赋权与财政支持是保障。Rural elites out of town involving in Rural Revitalization will be a shot in the arm for the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Taking rural elites out of town returning home to start a business in L Village of Wuchuan,Guangdong as an example,the successful experience and operation mode exploration of rural elites out of town participating in agricultural operation reengineering were deeply analyzed.In the process of rural revitalization and rural governance,the personality charm of rural elites out of town and the cohesion of villagers’centripetal force were the foundation.The rural marketization thought of rural elites out of town and the deepening of agricultural management was the driving force.The government’s empowerment and financial support were guarantees.
