摘 要:为了筛选用于防治甘薯茎线虫病的高效、低毒、低成本药剂,明确噻唑膦和氨基寡糖素对该病的作用效果,利用浸渍法室内测试了噻唑膦和氨基寡糖素对马铃薯腐烂茎线虫的生物活性;通过盆栽试验和田间试验,进一步研究了噻唑膦与氨基寡糖素不同配比对马铃薯腐烂茎线虫的防治效果。室内测定结果表明,单独使用噻唑膦对马铃薯腐烂茎线虫有一定的毒力,单独使用氨基寡糖素对线虫无明显的抑制作用,噻唑膦与氨基寡糖素混合使用对线虫致死率与单独使用噻唑膦相比均差异不显著。盆栽试验结果表明,噻唑膦单独施用及其与不同剂量的氨基寡糖素联合使用均可显著抑制马铃薯腐烂茎线虫的侵染。田间试验结果表明,噻唑膦与氨基寡糖素联合应用对马铃薯腐烂茎线虫的防治效果优于单独应用等剂量的噻唑磷。10%噻唑膦颗粒剂18 kg/hm^(2)与5%氨基寡糖素水剂2.25 L/hm^(2)组合使用,对甘薯茎线虫病的防治效果可达到96.29%。氨基寡糖素增效作用显著,与噻唑膦联合使用简便易行,具有很好的推广应用前景,可为杀线剂减量施用和甘薯茎线虫病的有效防控提供依据。In order to screen effective,low toxicity and low cost agents for controlling sweetpotato stem nematode disease and clarify the effects of thiazolifos and aminooligosaccharin on the disease,the biological activity of thiazolifos and aminooligosaccharin against Ditylenchus destructor was tested in the laboratory using the immersion method.Through pot experiment and field experiment,the control effects of different ratios of thiazolidine and aminooligosaccharin on D.destructor were further studied.The indoor test results showed that the use of thiazolidine alone had a certain toxicity to D.destructor,and the use of aminooligosaccharin alone had no obvious inhibition on D.destructor.There was no significant difference in the lethal rate of D.destructor between the combined use of thiazolidine and aminooligosaccharin and the use of thiazolidine alone.The results of pot experiment showed that thiazofos alone or in combination with different doses of aminooligosaccharin could significantly inhibit the infection of D.destructor.The results of the field experiment showed that the control effect of the combination of thiazolifos and aminooligosaccharin on D.destructor was better than that of the single application of the same dose of thiazolifos.The control effect of the combination of10%thiazofosine granules(18 kg/hm^(2))and 5%aminooligosaccharin water(2.25 L/hm^(2))on D.destructor could reach 96.29%.Amino oligosaccharide has a significant synergistic effect,and is easy to use in combination with thiazofosine.It has a good prospect of popularization and application,which can provide a basis for the reduced application of nematicides and the effective prevention and control of D.destructor.
