摘 要:为了明确草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda对禾本科、豆科和锦葵科寄主植物的选择性,采用罩笼选择试验和叶蝶法,分别比较了草地贪夜蛾对玉米、高粱、小麦、谷子、花生、大豆和棉花7种作物的产卵和取食选择性差异,并探究了取食经历对初孵幼虫取食选择性的影响。结果表明:在室内盆栽和田间罩笼条件下,草地贪夜蛾均对玉米表现出明显的产卵偏好,其次是高粱,在小麦、谷子、花生、大豆和棉花上的产卵选择性均较低。草地贪夜蛾对玉米不同部位的产卵选择性均有显著差异,偏好在玉米中上层叶片上产卵。草地贪夜蛾幼虫对7种作物的取食选择性具有差异,初孵幼虫对玉米的取食率最高,其次是高粱,对花生、大豆和棉花的取食选择率均较低。分别用玉米、高粱、谷子、花生和大豆幼苗饲养繁殖的草地贪夜蛾种群对寄主植物的取食选择行为相似,均对玉米的取食率最高,取食经历对初孵幼虫的取食选择性无显著影响。草地贪夜蛾对不同作物的选择性不同,其中对禾本科的玉米表现出明显的产卵和取食偏好性,其次是高粱,对豆科的花生和大豆以及锦葵科的棉花选择性均较差。研究结果为草地贪夜蛾在不同作物上的为害风险监测和科学防控提供了参考。In order to clarify the selectivity of Spodoptera frugiperda to host plants of Gramineae,Leguminosae and Malvaceae,the oviposition and feeding preference of S.frugiperda to maize(Zea mays),sorghum(Sorghum bicolor),wheat(Triticum aestivum),millet(Setaria italica),peanut(Arachis hypogaea),soybean(Glycine max)and cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)were studied using cage and leaf preference tests.And the effects of feeding experience on feeding preferences of newly hatched larvae were studied.The results showed that under the conditions of indoor pot culture and field cage,S.frugiperda showed obvious oviposition preference to maize,followed by sorghum,and the oviposition selectivity on wheat,millet,peanut,soybean and cotton was low.There were significant differences in the oviposition selectivity of S.frugiperda to different parts of maize,preferring to oviposit on the middle and upper leaves of maize.The feeding selectivity of the larvae of S.frugiperda to seven crops was different.The feeding selectivity of the newly hatched larvae to maize was the highest,following by sorghum,and the feeding selectivity to peanuts,soybeans and cotton was low.The feeding and selection behavior of the population of S.frugiperda reared and propagated with maize,sorghum,millet,peanut and soybean seedlings was similar to that of the host plant,and they all had the highest feeding rate of maize.Feeding experience had no significant effect on the feeding selectivity of the newly hatched larvae.The selectivity of the S.frugiperda to different crops was different.Among them,it had obvious preference for laying eggs and feeding on maize of Gramineous family,following by sorghum,and had poor selectivity to peanut and soybean of Leguminous family and cotton of Nallow family.The results provide a reference for the risk monitoring and scientific prevention and control of the S.frugiperda in different crops.
