摘 要:目的:探究应用大螺距联合FAST CARE扫描模式在肺部成像的辐射剂量和图像质量。方法:对在2021年12月至2022年3月期间大庆油田总医院行肺平扫检查的132例患者进行前瞻性研究,随机分为A组常规扫描条件,B组为大螺距联合FAST CARE扫描条件,C组为低管电流扫描条件。每组44例患者,分别测量3组图像的CT值及噪声并计算信噪比,采用单因素方差分析比较各组间的测量值、扫描时间、辐射剂量指标等,并对图像质量进行客观及主观评价。结果:大螺距联合FAST CARE模式的扫描时间、CTDIvol、DLP及ED值均明显低于常规扫描组,B组的平均ED值为(1.30±0.04)mSv,辐射剂量较常规扫描模式下降约48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);图像质量方面,B组与A组的SNR、SD值及主观评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),但与C组存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:大螺距联合FAST CARE扫描模式既能降低辐射剂量又能保证图像质量,具有临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the radiation dose and image quality of lung imaging using the high-pitch combined with FAST CARE scanning mode.Methods:This study was a prospective study of 132 patients who were randomized to Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from December 2021 to March 2022 for plain lung examination.They were randomly divided into group A for routine scanning,group B for high-pitch combined with FAST CARE scanning,and group C for low-dose scanning.There were 44 patients in each group.The CT value and SD of the three groups were measured and the SNR was calculated.The measured values,scanning time,and radiation dose among the three groups were compared by single factor analysis of variance,and the image quality images were evaluated objectively and subjectively.Results:The scanning time,CTDIvol,DLP,and ED of the high-pitch combined FAST CARE mode were significantly lower than those of the conventional scan group,and the average ED value of group B was(1.30±0.04)mSv,and the radiation dose decreased by about 48%compared with the conventional scan mode,with statistical significance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in SNR,SD,and subjective score between group B and group A(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference between group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-pitch combined with FAST CARE scanning mode can not only reduce the radiation dose but also ensure the image quality,which has clinical application value.
