摘　　要：当前,“城市大脑”的研究应用为城市化发展提供了科学的治理模式,如何与“城市大脑”精准对接已成为自然资源行业必须认真思考的课题。本文利用数据治理、人工智能等先进技术,探索构建“自然资源大脑”,形成以空间数据治理为基础、人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)中台为支撑、场景应用为核心的智能行业体系,解决行业内审批烦琐、监管困难等问题,为自然资源行业“数智化”转型提供借鉴。At present, the research and application of "Urban Brain" provides a scientific governance model for urbanization development. How to accurately connect with the "Urban Brain" has become a topic that must be seriously considered by the natural resources industry. This paper intends to use advanced technologies such as big data governance and artificial intelligence to explore the construction of "Natural Resources Brain" and to form an intelligent industry system based on spatial data governance, supported by AI middle platforms, and centered on scenario applications, so as to solve the cumbersome examination and approval in the industry, regulatory hurdles and other issues, providing a reference for the digital and intelligent transformation of natural resources.
