摘　　要：本文以探讨如何满足国家对不动产登记业务与“互联网+”深度融合、业务跨区域办理、提升政务服务和数据服务能力的政策要求为研究目的和出发点,采用系统研究和实证研究为主要研究方法,在探讨不动产登记省级大集中模式的内涵及其政策符合性的理论研究基础上,以广西壮族自治区不动产登记平台省级大集中模式的应用实践为研究对象,提出了该模式在省级不动产登记业务建设中的优势和作用及模式实施所需的前提要素、适用场景和地方市县个性化系统整合等问题的相关思考。本文对于整体性推动不动产登记业务的全省通办、全省通查和跨省通办,推动“互联网+”不动产登记在全国范围内统一提供政务应用服务提供了重要的参考。This article explores how to meet the national demand of deep integration between real estate registration business and "Internet +", cross-regional business processing, and how to enhance the capacity of public service and data service as the research purpose, adopting systematic research and empirical research as the main research methods, to explore the connotation of real estate registration provincial centralized mode and its policies. Taking Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region real estate registration platform provincial centralization mode as the research object, this paper puts forward the advantages and effects of using the mode in provincial real estate registration business construction and expounds the preconditions, application scenarios and the local cities and counties in the premise of the personalized systems integration and other issues related to think. The conclusion of this paper provides important reference for overall promoting the province-wide indiscriminate transaction, provincewide general inspection and trans-provincial indiscriminate transaction of real estate registration, and promoting the "Internet +" real estate registration providing unified public application services across the country.
