摘　　要：创面是机体在外界致伤因素或体内疾患因素作用下导致的皮肤和软组织缺损。创面形成后,皮肤构成的人体天然屏障遭到破坏,人体组织可能受到细菌等微生物的侵袭,导致更为严重的感染和组织损伤。此外,创面还会造成深部组织暴露坏死以及体液和营养成分流失,大面积创面和慢性创面可以导致机体严重消耗。This article focuses on the methods and characteristics of wound healing, key points of wound repair, and the latest progress of surgical intervention in the wound reconstruction. Among them, we introduced the methods of debridement, classical “reconstruction ladder” scheme in wound closure strategy, adjustment and change of wound repair and reconstruction strategy with the progress of microsurgery theory and the continuous emergence of new technologies in recent years.
